Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections of commercial and industrial boiler systems

Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors)

Review blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications

Identify code requirements, safety risks, and full project scope

Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, and clients

Assist with proposal development and project planning

Qualifications

3+ years of estimating experience (mechanical, HVAC, or boiler systems preferred)

Hands-on experience with boiler systems (installation, repair, or maintenance)

Knowledge of oil, gas, and/or dual-fuel systems

Experience with piping, welding, and mechanical systems

Familiarity with ASME and NBIC codes

OSHA certification is a plus
