    We are partnering with a family-owned, industry-leading commercial boiler services company that has proudly served customers for over 80 years. Their reputation is built on exceptional service, technical expertise, and long-standing relationships across the commercial and industrial sectors.

    Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Boiler Installation & Repair Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on boiler experience who wants to move into or continue growing within an estimating and project planning role.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform on-site assessments of commercial and industrial boiler systems to evaluate repair or installation requirements

    Prepare detailed project estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services

    Analyze project scope to identify potential risks, code requirements, and safety considerations

    Review mechanical drawings, system layouts, and specifications

    Collaborate with service teams, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate project planning

    Assist in preparing proposals and supporting project execution

    Qualifications

    3–5+ years of estimating experience (mechanical contracting, boiler services, or related field preferred)

    Hands-on experience with boiler installation, repair, and maintenance strongly preferred

    Knowledge of fuel systems (oil, gas, dual fuel) and combustion equipment

    Experience with steel and cast-iron boilers, piping systems, welding, and mechanical systems

    Familiarity with ASME and NBIC codes

    OSHA and Confined Space certifications are a plus
