About the Role:
Pespisa Company is looking for a skilled Boiler / Furnace Installer to join our team in North Chelmsford, MA! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering reliable heating solutions to our customers. Responsibilities:
Install residential and commercial boilers, furnaces, and related heating systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for proper system installation
Connect gas, oil, or electric supply lines and ensure safe, code-compliant hookups
Test and commission newly installed heating equipment for proper operation
Perform startup diagnostics and calibrate controls, thermostats, and safety devices
Perform annual preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
Collaborate with plumbers, electricians, and other trades on job sites
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
Complete installation documentation, maintenance reports, and required paperwork accurately using Service Titan software
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience installing boilers, furnaces, or HVAC heating systems
Knowledge of gas, oil, and hydronic heating systems
Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in Massachusetts
MA Plumber's or Gas Fitter's License preferred (or ability to obtain)
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
