We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hands-on industrial role focused on the fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and repair of boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and related equipment. Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, assembly, inspection, maintenance, and repair of boilers, piping systems, and pressure-related equipment.
• Perform basic fabrication tasks using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment under direction.
• Measure, cut, fit, align, and secure metal components according to specifications and drawings.
• Support welding, rigging, lifting, and material handling activities as needed, following all safety requirements.
• Inspect equipment and components for wear, leaks, corrosion, and other signs of damage or inefficiency.
• Clean, prepare, and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to support a safe and organized job site.
• Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and established procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding progress, issues, and material needs.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interest in mechanical, industrial, or fabrication work.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, measuring devices, and general shop equipment.
• Willingness to learn trade skills and follow direction from experienced team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Basic reading and math skills for interpreting measurements, instructions, and work orders.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, fabrication processes, or mechanical assembly.
• Exposure to welding, rigging, pipefitting, or boiler-related work.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and the proper use of personal protective equipment.

Work Environment
