    Bokeh Rentals is a premium production/filmmaking equipment rental house located in Los Angeles, California and we are looking for talented Content Creators who love social media and filmmaking to join our team!

    As a content creator/social media manager, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop highly entertaining and valuable content on an everyday basis. You will be tasked with the ideation, production, and editing of content strategies to help grow Bokeh Rental's brand awareness, build community, and increase rentals.

    We can provide all the camera gear you need - all we ask is you bring your A game and creativity!

    This job is on location (for days that you need to come in to shoot) and also remote (for days that you need for editing and planning), also open availability is required for special events and industry related gatherings.

    Responsibilities/task include but are not limited to:

    1. Conceptualizing, pitching and creating short video clips/photo ideas for social media posts that are engaging and value-based
    2. Shooting photos/videos of our products, in-house activities, and client activities for our all our social media platforms such as our Instagram, Tik-Tok, Youtube and website.
    3. Managing our social media and posting content 2-3x daily
    4. Engaging with customers on social media by liking, sharing, commenting, and reposting their content
    5. Producing, editing, curating, and scheduling all content for our social media every week
    6. Going Behind-Set with clients to capture BTS content of our gear in use
    7. Coordinating closely with our rental team to schedule shoots & ensure a smooth workflow between the operations team and content creation team
    8. Coordinating with rental team to shoot content of new gear every time it arrives
    9. Being able to adjust and adapt to producing, editing, and curating content at the executive team's request
    10. Coordinate and schedule with our co-signers when you need to shoot their gear
    11. Be available to help the rental team with any task if they are short-numbered on rare occasions
    12. Reaching out to Youtube, Instagram, and Tik-Tok influencers in hopes to land promotional deals/collaborations
    13. Reaching out to other film brands in hopes to land collaborations

    Experience/skills must include:

    1. Videography and photography
    2. Video and photo editing
    3. Social media management
    4. Caption/copywriting abilities
    5. Putting together a weekly/monthly content schedule
    6. Ability to meet deadlines
    7. Creative ideation/brainstorming
