This role requires working 3 days a week from our fun NYC HQ near Penn Station.
[ Your Responsibilities ]
- Collaborate closely with senior product managers to develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market opportunities and address customer pain points effectively.
- Monitor product performance and conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement, ensuring our offerings continually exceed expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform product enhancements and maintain our competitive edge.

[ Your Qualifications ]
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in product management or product operations.
- Familiarity in tools like Notion, Mode, Asana, Slack, Shopify, and Zoom.
- In-office and some startup experience is preferred.
- Passion for Japanese food and culture!
- Familiarity with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), subscription and/or e-commerce industries.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$95,000 + stock options + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by a range of factors including role, level, and location.
