FINANCE & ACCOUNTING REPRESENTATIVE (ENTRY-LEVEL): To be a member of the Finance and Accounting Department and perform all Accounts Receivable functions and assist in other accounting duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Record/post cash receipts
Perform client account reconciliations
Perform daily credit card / ACH payment reconciliations
Correspond with client about client accounts in a professional manner
Record correspondence with clients in Collection notes
Post A/R adjustments on a weekly basis
Indexing / Vouchering vendor invoices
REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-4 years experience in Accounting preferred
Proficient in MS Office/ Outlook
Detail oriented, organized, strong analytical and problem solving skills
Great thinking and listening skills, sense of urgency, ability to prioritize tasks
Team oriented, works well independently, positive attitude
Excellent with numbers and written skills
