FINANCE & ACCOUNTING REPRESENTATIVE (ENTRY-LEVEL): To be a member of the Finance and Accounting Department and perform all Accounts Receivable functions and assist in other accounting duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Record/post cash receipts

• Perform client account reconciliations

• Perform daily credit card / ACH payment reconciliations

• Correspond with client about client accounts in a professional manner

• Record correspondence with clients in Collection notes

• Post A/R adjustments on a weekly basis

• Indexing / Vouchering vendor invoices

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 1-4 years experience in Accounting preferred

• Proficient in MS Office/ Outlook

• Detail oriented, organized, strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Great thinking and listening skills, sense of urgency, ability to prioritize tasks

• Team oriented, works well independently, positive attitude

• Excellent with numbers and written skills
