The Catering and Off-Premise Coordinator coordinates all off-premise orders to ensure flawless execution of all catering orders that come through the multiple ordering channels. The Catering and Off-Premise Coordinator is responsible for executing catering systems and Building Catering Sales and Local Relationships. This role includes planning and executing special events and seeking new customers to grow outside sales. In order to fulfill this role, the Off-Premise Coordinator needs to adhere to the following:
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Have a valid Driver's license and clean driving record 3+ years
Meet regularly with Operations Team and JVP to collaborate on restaurant goals
Schedule and assist operations in executing food drops and free catering activations to cultivate new accounts.
Reach brand driven catering sales goals using Bolay Marketing Standards and sales tactics.

Be an ambassador for overall brand mission and purpose
Forecasts future catering opportunities to reach restaurant/regional goals.
Be a champion of creating raving fans

Diligently seek to maintain local relationships within the community
Oversee/Fulfill Donation Requests
Collaborate with Operator to filter which organizations to donate food to and assist in completion of donation request.
EXECUTE CATERING SYSTEMS
Ensures proper execution and documentation of all catering systems and guidelines
Stay on top of leads and follow up in Bolay's CRM to ensure all sales efforts are executed in an organized and streamlined fashion.
Helps Facilitate Pickups/Deliveries: Organizes, sets up, executes, manages cash/credit, tears down, manages food safety, mobile license paperwork and procedures, ensures proper documentation and paperwork, promo/track necessary food items, and collaborates with Operations for seamless execution.
Catering Table Management: Maintaining and ensuring the Catering Table is up to brand standards.
Works with Operations Leader to ensure the quality and timeliness of all catering orders
RAISING THE BAR ON BOLAY CATERING STANDARDS
Develops creative ways to create emotional connections during pickups, deliveries, and catering events.
Regularly establishes sales meetings with businesses in the community to explore catering potential.
Willing to follow up with catering guests to ensure satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
40+ Hours/week on average
Day shifts preferred with exception of evening catering events
Weekly meeting with Operations to ensure goals are in alignment
Bi-Weekly meeting with Marketing Director at the Bolay Support Center
Preferred Education And Experience:
3 years of sales experience.
2 years of experience interpreting business goals and applying techniques and strategies to expedite the achievement of those goals.
2 years of experience interacting and creating relationships with internal and external accounts of all levels and skill sets.
2 years of experience using a PC and MC Office Suite, including intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2 years of restaurant sales experience.
