THE TEAM AND THE ROLE
In this important role, you will liaise with various internal departments (Operations, Sales, Supply) and key external stakeholders including, customers, carriers, and suppliers.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Handling inbound and outbound telephone inquiries and bookings.
Scheduling and coordinating logistics associated with product despatch using the relevant systems.
Providing after-hours on-call support to customers.
Prioritizing your safety, and the safety of others in all practices.
Qualifications
A background in customer service, with a high level of integrity.
High level of attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal skills.
Strong organization skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience using computerized sales systems and proficient in MS Office applications.
High level of problem-solving capability and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to handle a high volume of work & challenging situations.
Sales experience or a strong interest in the agricultural industry is desirable.
