Salary Plus 12% Commission on Gross Profit

If you're engaging on the phone, charismatic, a go-getter and are ready to build a rewarding sales career, we can give you the tools to make it happen! As a Call Center Representative, you must be highly motivated and competitive, with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills.

You'll be trained in the industry of Freight Logistics / Transportation, as well as the basic concept of sales, in order to effectively convey information verbally, enhancing your negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Location: 6030 Bowdendale Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32216

Full Time Schedule: 40 hrs/wk during hours of operation (Mon-Fri, 7:50AM-6PM Eastern Time)

What you'll do:

Make 150 to 200 outbound calls to businesses using our CRM

Qualify Businesses to confirm requirements are met for shipping

Generate rate quotes while educating businesses about our freight services

Meet individual and team sales goals

Follow phone scripting to ensure compliance

Record responses and call outcomes in our CRM

Who you are:

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, call center or inside sales experience preferred

A strong hunger for financial success

Being a self-starter with an business owners spirit and a need to exceed goals
