    BlueTek Partners is seeking a high energy, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and experience in inside sales to join our clients growing team. The organization is a large telecommunications provider.

     

    SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

    The Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales strategy, initiating contact with existing and potential customers as well as managing/creating a lead list and developing that lead list into key accounts. This position must possess the ability to identify the needs of the customer and align those needs with BlueTek Partners services.

     

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Market to clients via telephone, identify key decision makers and conduct in-person meetings with Director to C-level executives.
    • Participate in local trade association and networking events to solidify BlueTek Partners presence in the local business community.
    • Negotiate contracts/agreements with potential clients.
    • Source, screen and select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with clients.
    • Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize calendar management and communication skills to coordinate interviews both internally and externally with clients.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Associates degree required – Bachelors degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of business-to-business development experience, making outreaches to potential clients.
    • Be a self-motivator and self-starter – entrepreneurial and creative mindset with desire to build a career in business development.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills with ability to build client relationships.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both oral and written).
    • Ability to describe a service and explain how it will benefit the client.
    • Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating meetings/interviews.
    • Excellent research skills – if you don't know the answer, know where to find it.
    • Have an outgoing personality, persistent yet polite and unafraid of rejection.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft excel, Google Docs, Outlook email.
