BOLD LA IS NOW HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!

HOURS: Full-time preferred, part-time available

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Enjoy working in both a team and independently

• Can meet tight deadlines as well as handle multiple tasks

• Great work ethic

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with clients and resolve issues as needed

• Provide account services to consumers

• Generate long-term leads through personable interactions

• Understand product knowledge and be able to provide extensive support

• Maintain client books and ensure everything is remaining organized

• Attend staff meetings and/or meetings with clients

• Strengthen relationships with current consumers, as well as assist with new acquisitions
