Boll & Branch is seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and creative marketing executive to become our VP of Brand. We are searching for a special talent to leading our core marketing functions including integrated marketing, brand management, and content/editorial as you bring Boll & Branch to life across all consumer touchpoints. And, your structured approach to brand marketing will act as the glue between all of our consumer-facing functions as we continue to develop a deeply personal and connected relationship with our customers, at scale.
Boll & Branch has been one of the fastest-growing consumer brands in the world and on the heels of a recent $100MM investment from L Catterton, we are poised to grow even faster. Boll & Branch is a unique, values-driven Company with a relentless focus on doing business the right way. In this key role, you'll be counted on to evolve our consumer-facing brand story and tell it consistently across all touchpoints. We will rely on you to shape the end-to-end consumer proposition, from the high-level strategy through tactical execution and will be ultimately accountable for the consumer-facing messaging of our merchandising and product strategy. And, you'll have the opportunity to oversee a supremely talented team while working in close partnership with the best executive team in the industry across Digital/Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Product Design.
While we are all working from home at the moment, you will ultimately have the option of working from either our Summit, NJ Home Office, or our NYC Satellite Office.
