Boll & Branch is seeking an organized and diligent Associate Creative Producer, Photography to join our in-house Photo team. As Associate Creative Producer, Photography, you have an ability to understand our brand's aesthetic and communicate it visually and are nimble as you multitask and prioritize various workstreams. You work collaboratively and cross-functionally to bring the creative vision to life, focused primarily on photography across E-Commerce. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the photo production process: resourcing external vendors, collaborating on cross functional timelines, and providing clear communication consistently. You attend to the tiny details without losing sight of the big picture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Senior Creative Producer, Photo in producing and capturing E-Comm assets
• Place orders for photo samples, in conjunction with Creative Studio Manager and Senior Creative Producer, Photo
• Create filenames and assist Photo team with general asset management
• Support Post-Production team as needed by cropping images, handing images off to E-Comm and jumping in as needed with final assets in order to hit launch dates
• Partner closely with Marketing regarding asset requests
• Cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams, as well as with external creative vendors, such as Assistants and PAs
• Collaborate regularly with Photo, Video, Style and Creative teams to support business needs across website, social media and retail
• Work closely with Finance to ensure prompt payment for freelance vendors

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a producer
• Experience working independently and with other team members to deliver projects and solve problems
• Clear verbal and written communicator
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confident with the desire to continue learning
• Works well within a creative environment, being able to balance a sense of urgency within a laid-back setting
• Experience working in Photoshop preferred
• Passion for home decor and high quality bedding
• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Photography or related creative field a plus
• This role is required to report into our New Providence, NJ Creative Studio 5-days/week.

The primary location for this role is New Providence, NJ on a regular basis. We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have the flexibility to work remotely. Currently we are operating under a hybrid model whereby all teams work in an office a minimum of two days per week and may be provided flexibility to work from home on other days. However, this role will be based 5 days per week out of our New Providence, NJ photo studio. Additionally, there may be times when you're asked to work in our Summit, NJ or NYC offices because it's in the best interest of our business or your team.

The annual base salary range for this role is $65-95k. It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking.
