Finance Manager

Responsible for Managing the Finance Department in providing procedures necessary to maintain proper records, adequate accounting controls and complince and General Accepted Accounting Principles

· Direct the organization adminisrative Finance Controlling.

· Support general manager to achieve plant’s long-term positive economic results by providng relevant data for decision making financial decisions.

· Advise directors, managers and staff regarding financial/legal implications on decisions and and fiscal responsibility.

· Definition of marketing strategy and/or related activities to support NAFTA growth

· Obtaining all customer-specific information which is required for the processing of requests / tasks in the sales back office and / or in order to support the PEP department

· Customer representative according to ISO/TS IATF 16949

· Oversee monthly reporting to superiors on agreed-upon contents

What we are looking for: Individuals with excellent work ethic, and a desire to exceed expectations

· BS/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field

· Minimum of 2 years as head of Finance/Controlling function in automotive company preferred.

· Proficient level of language skills (English fluent enough for negotiations; Germany, French, or Spanish desirable)

· Principles of management reporting and product calculation, budgeting cost accounting and purchasing

· Computer skills (MS Office or which enable staff to work independently at a computer workplace.

· SAP preferred.
