    Logistics Supervisor

    Manage logistic process by overseeing are for assigned shift. Utilize experience and expertise to support continuous improvement with primary focus on cost and efficiency.

    Provide strong leadership to the assembly / warehouse area while demonstrating the ability to assign work to employees in a clear, and effective manner.

    Manage the inbound and outbound shipments, the physical put-away stocking strategies as well as the virtual warehouse management (SAP module), plus the scheduling of direct reports.

    Must align with cross functional teams to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost initiatives.

    Analyze and input all incoming / outbound shipments into the ERP system.(SAP)

    Maintain and evaluate employee training progress

    Ensure 5S standards are implemented and monitored

    Plan and organize the work and resources required to run the shift and meet dispatch scheduling.

    Skills/Abilities:

    At least 2 – 5 years logistics supervisory experience. (Minimum 12 direct reports)

    Intermediate PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

    Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent organizational skills including dealing with people and multi-tasking abilities

    Experience in SAP preferred

    Excellent attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule are essential for this position

    Ability to work in a non-climate controlled enviroment
