Quality Manager

Bolta US in Tuscaloosa/Northport area needs a Quality Manager to plan, implement and maintain quality system management in line with quantity, quality and time schedule and cost targets for automotive components. Must maintain and improve process-oriented quality system, and quality performance of the plant, be responsible for root cause analysis, problem solving methodology, audit and review with management in compliance with IATF Standard, plan direct and report all quality activities, train employees in QMS goals and requirements, define annual budget, and personnel costs related to safety, monitor budget development, and other duties as assigned. (Travel required within U.S., less than 20% of time). Req.
