Summary:
Provide support to consulting teams and department initiatives. Must have sound technical and organizational skills, a capacity to learn through experience, and a strong commitment to meet agreed upon timeframes and deadlines. The Intern position provides the opportunity to develop technical knowledge, build client management skills, gain knowledge from industry leading consultants to build a great professional career in financial and professional services.
Position may work up to 37.5 hours per week during winter break months (December - January) and summer months (May – August). We request a minimum of 30 hours per week. Hours are flexible (candidate may set their own schedule within reason – generally during standard business hours) but must be agreed upon with manager and followed.
This is a temporary position for winter/summer internships. Candidates hired for this position may be considered for full-time positions following graduation. Students must be able to work from our headquarters in Towson, MD or our satellite office in Boulder, CO. Housing assistance or stipends will not be provided for this position, beyond the regular hourly pay rate for those who are not otherwise living or attending school locally.

Education/Experience:
Certificates and Licenses:

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Computer Skills:
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
