    Job Description

    Works closely with IO's , General Manager, Area Market Consultants and liaison with the various Office Departments (Accounting, Shipping and Handheld) to create, cultivate and maintain a positive relationship. Duties & Responsibilities · Work with various departments, Sales & Operations Team and Independent Operators as a liaison. To solve any issues and problems including but not limited to service, weekly settlements, ordering and handheld · Provide efficient & professional administrative support to the Sales & Operations Team and to the Independent Operators · Organize and accurately maintain system of confidential information · Plans and Schedule meetings, responds to various inquiries both external and internal, manages communications via email, phone calls, and letters · Generate Breach letters and Default letters if in violation of Independent Contract, at the request of the Market Consultant, General Manager or Marketing Director · Run periodic service reports and various reports for the MC or IO's to make sure there is proper serving of the stores or as requested by the team · Follow up/ facilitate on store issue, store removals, new store and store servicing. · Maintain systems and record keeping for marketing programs and activities. (Promotions: Mailers; Calls, Ordering of Display items; Follow Up Calls; Reporting Problems to Supervisor or Mgr) · Facilitate and mediate the process of the new IO's contract and Start up process · Participate in weekly Sales and Operation conference calls with GM and MCs · Participate in weekly FSD meeting with Marketing Director and Monthly IO's Calls · Customer Service calls/Complaints; Handheld/reports; Accounting/collections · Weekly recap of each area Skills and Qualifications · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook · Minimum 3 year experience as a Customer Service/Administrative Ass't · Completion of high school; University/College degree an asset · Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment · Excellent telephone skills · Strong organizational, planning time management skills · Highly energetic and self-starter · Decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills · Able to multi-task and work under pressure · Should be honest and punctual Company Description Bon Appetit is the leader in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality bakery items nationwide.
