We are seeking a reliable accounting professional who understand how their work supports the big picture – candidates are able to proactively problem solve and communicate their understanding of the big picture. The best candidates possess a strong sense of ethics and will do the right thing even if challenged.
Controllers will enjoy being part of a supportive network of finance professionals and will liaise with the Regional Controller and any Unit Bookkeepers. The ability to build trust with clients, operations teams, and direct reports is key.
The work model is primarily onsite due to the initial training and relationship building aspects of the job, with future potential to discuss a hybrid, partial remote model.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Controller for Bon Appetit Management Company is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
