We are a local Family Dairy Farm with an immediate opening for a Mechanic who is a quick learner, a hard worker and someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. The hired individual will have the opportunity to work in a "state of the art" 6 bay shop as well as the opportunity to do "out in the field" work, as our farms are spread in various locations across the Klamath Basin. We are a company that values the individual as well as respect, honesty, integrity, diligence and hard work. The responsibilities of the mechanic can include, but are not limited to the following: - Ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner - Inspecting work to make sure standards have been met - Ordering mechanical parts - Using diagnostic equipment - Providing support and advice with repairs, conducting road tests and; - Maintaining repair equipment Knowledge and experience with the following are desired: - CAT equipment (loaders, excavators, backhoes etc.) - John Deere equipment (small and large tractors) - Farm Implements (rake, drill, disk, merger, swather etc.) - Fabrication and welding If you are interested in joining our team please submit your resume or call 541-891-1414 to set up an interview.
