    We are looking for a motivated Talent Associate to help recruit and support the best candidates to our team. This position will assist in recruiting talent and assist with HR related matters. We are looking to build a team of positive, motivated, collaborative and communicative people. You care deeply about the candidates, their experience, your teammates and your ability to help the company grow. You are driven to deliver, thrive in a dynamic environment and dedicated to high-quality work. This position will help build our fast-evolving business needs, and deliver against aggressive hiring targets. You will take responsibility for hiring and coaching practice team members in our practices. We are opening a handful of clinics around Manhattan and Brooklyn over 2019.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assisting in the recruitment process and selection of candidates, including the sourcing and selection process, screening and pre-qualifying applicants and individual/group interviewing.

    • Identify, source and secure candidates through direct targeting, industry networking methods, job boards, and social media sites.

    • Review applications and interview applicants. 

    • Manage communications with applicants, extending offer letters and thank you

    letters. 

    • Responsible for implementing recruiting strategies, advising on process and routes to market.

    • Consult with managers and HR to understand the skills required for each position in order to effectively match qualified candidates to business needs.

    • Prepare and deliver all required feedback and correspondence to candidates.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

    • 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience across roles (sales, marketing, ops, technical). 

    • 3+ years of hands-on recruiting (preferred). 

    • Demonstrated ability to recruit mid to senior level roles and manage all parts of the full recruitment cycle. 

    • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, channels & processes. 

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 

    • Proven ability to take initiative, think on your feet, and make well thought through and fast decisions.
