FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a competent Marketing Director to be in charge of the organization’s barbecue industry marketing ventures.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to apply expertise of planning, research, product launch, public relations, and promotional techniques. He/She will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to develop creative content and resourceful promotional objectives. The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Maintain relationship with your customers.
Establish new customers, involving, prospecting, cold calling, following leads, establishing a rapport, and maintain relationships.
Writing compelling proposals.
Maintain customer records, in our CRM.
Call and follow up with customers on an establish schedule.
Manage accounts of existing top clients;
Run regular face to face meetings with clients to ensure premium customer service;
Execute customer communications – personal and via telephone, video or email, in line with standards and processes;
Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
Provide specific information regarding company’s services and products;
Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns; Obtain, review and process orders;
Run regular face to face meetings with clients to ensure premium customer service;

SKILLS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior experience working in the barbecue gas grill or Advertising Industry
