    Shift: VariesBonner General Health Community Hospice is the only Not for Profit Community Hospice servicing Bonner and Boundary counties. We provide care for an average daily census of 20 patients in their homes. Our team is very close knit, providing highly personalized compassionate care in all the services provided. We are highly dedicated, skilled and compassionate.

    Our interdisciplinary team includes a Physician Medical Director, a Nurse Practitioner, RN Case Managers, CNA's, Social Workers, Chaplain, Volunteer and Bereavement Coordinator, hospital pharmacists and therapists.

    If you are compassionate, have strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, teaching skills, embrace teamwork, collaboration and have a passion for caring for those nearing end of life, this position may be for you.

    Education: MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), and one year of experience in a health care setting OR Baccalaureate degree in psychology, sociology, or other field related to social work, and at least one year of social work experience in a health care setting. (Must be supervised by a MSW from a school of social work accredited by the CSWE who has one year of experience in a health care setting)

    Experience: One (1) year of social work experience in a health care setting requiredHospice and/or Home Health preferred

    Licensure/Certification: Current Idaho Social Worker license (**or meets education criteria noted above with supervision Current driver’s license Current CPR certification required
