    Boutique patent and trademark law firm is seeking a new employee to work at a great firm!

    There is an opportunity to work remotely once you are trained. You need to live locally to be considered.

    To be considered, you need to have one year of patent law experience.

    This is a great opportunity to work in a lucrative area of law and train with the best to gain more patent knowledge!

    In this position you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of client correspondence, as well as routine general correspondence; preparation and filing of documents to include Powers of Attorney, Restriction and/or Election Responses, Assignments, Drawings, Provisional Applications; Information Disclosure Statements and Related Case Lists; maintaining electronic case records to ensure that all pertinent communications/documents are saved in accordance with firm policies; and other duties as assigned.

    Must type 50 wpm, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well with staff at all levels. Good verbal and written communication skills a must. Legal experience a plus.
