    Responsibilities:

    • Manage general bookkeeping and accounting administrative task

    • Assist the Controller with daily accounting functions in various genres of accounting ( Oil & Gas, Real Estate & Trusts)

    • Work within the general ledger (GL); apply sound understanding of GL concepts

    • Handle AP, AR, reconciliations, and related duties, as well as data entry and mail task

    • Ensure accuracy ,organization, and efficiency in all task.

    Company Description

    • Microsoft Excel basic experience
    • Ability to work 3 consistent onsite days per week
    • 2-Year degree preferred, but not required.
    • Must pass a background check and random drug screening
    • Local to North Dallas for easy commute
    • Willingness to complete a short accounting test during the interview process
