    Job Summary

    We are seeking a talented Part-time Bookkeeper to join our team. 5 hours per day, 5 days per week. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, completing Sales tax forms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of accounting best practices.

    Responsibilities

    Enter financial data and transactions.

    Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping processes, including daily cash entries, AP, Fleet, reconciliations, etc.

    Bank Reconciliations.

    Manage financial-related emails and resolve discrepancies.

    Qualifications

    2 years minimum QuickBooks Online Software experience.

    Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position.

    P & L and balance sheet experience.

    Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
