Position: Administrative Assistant
Report to: Chief Operations Officer
Job Closing March 15, 2026
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will support the organization with administrative responsibilities. The Assistant will perform basic bookkeeping and clerical work. The Administrative Assistant will manage business related tasks such as organizing inventory, purchase requests preparation, data entry, digital filing, and other organizational tasks. This position may also be tasked with other duties as assigned by Directors.
Summary Specific to Job:
Assists the Executive Assistant with new hire onboarding coordination.
Primary individual responsible for supply and inventory tracking and ordering.
Prepares purchase request packets for management approval.
Assist Chief Operating Officer with basic bookkeeping.
Assist Chief Operating Officer with data reporting and monthly billing.
Assists the Executive Assistant with formatting, duplicating and distributing reports and other organizational information.
Occasional driving required, including using a company vehicle to pick up supplies as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience with QuickBooks.
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Experience with Adobe.
Hold a valid Texas Driver License (required).
Valid American Heart Association CPR certification required within 6 months of hire date.
