    As part of our team, you will be responsible for Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Scheduling and Dispatching, along with other expected office procedures.

    This is a permanent, full time position. Your schedule will be Monday thru Friday, 8-4:30.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Quick Book knowledge a must.

    Full Charge Bookkeeping experience and knowledge thru financial statement preparation a must.

    Accounts Receivable

    Preparation of Accounts Payable

    End of Month Reconciliation

    Assist with invoicing, scheduling customers and dispatching technicians.

    Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

    Job Requirements:

    Minimum two years bookkeeping and admin experience

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

    Positive Attitude

    Team player who can work independently

    General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

    Typing skills
