BlueBear Solutions, a trusted litigation support provider for Am Law and regional law firms, is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Finance & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on balancing the books, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and being a go-to resource for day-to-day financial operations.
What You'll Do:
* Process and track client invoices and incoming payments
* Manage vendor bills and outgoing payments
* Reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting
* Monitor employee expenses and company credit card use
* Ensure spending aligns with company policies and budgets
* Help with reporting, scheduling, and document organization
* Support the finance and operations team as needed
* Use QuickBooks to keep our records organized and up-to-date
What You Bring:
Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
Knowledge of AR/AP processes and bookkeeping fundamentals
High attention to detail and accuracy
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
