About the Role:
Join ADAS & GO HOLDINGS INC as a Bookkeeper / Assistant Comptroller in sunny Tampa, FL! This exciting opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in our finance team while contributing to the growth of our innovative fast growing company.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Assistant Comptroller to join our team. This is a primarily remote position based in the Tampa, Florida area, ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys both hands-on bookkeeping and broader financial oversight responsibilities.
This role combines day-to-day accounting operations with financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and operational finance support. The right candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting functions
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts
Maintain accurate general ledger records
Assist with payroll processing and reporting
Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Financial Oversight
Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring
Help maintain financial controls and accounting procedures
Track expenses and identify reporting discrepancies
Coordinate with outside accountants and tax professionals
Support audit preparation and compliance requirements
Assist leadership with financial analysis and operational reporting
Qualifications
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
Experience preparing financial reports
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication and follow-through
Preferred Experience
Experience with:
QuickBooks
Microsoft Excel
cloud-based accounting systems
Experience in small or mid-sized businesses
Full-charge bookkeeping experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $65,000 – $80,000 DOE
