Bevyhouse is a premium manufacturer of custom, innovative, prefabricated homes. We design, engineer, build and install our own prefabs from our factory in Santa Paula. We are looking for a self-motivated and responsible individual to join our team and grow with us!
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeper to:
Maintain accurate financial records
Provide project-level accounting and contract support
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
Support with payroll
Manage the general ledger and assist with financial and project reporting
Utilize QuickBooks accounting software
Perform critical analysis of books and prepare journal entries and Quarterly financial statements
Support project-level accounting functions as needed
Experience:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
Proficiency with Quickbooks and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation: Salary $69,000.00 - $80,000.00 Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k. Hours are regular business hours M-F.
Pay range depends on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience.
