Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time

Are you a detail-oriented, deadline-driven accounting pro who’s ready to hit the ground running? We’re looking for a Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant to support all the day-to-day accounting functions. Our client has been proudly serving Florida homeowners for over 10 years. As a trusted leader in home improvement - specializing in windows and doors, roofing, window, and other home improvement services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing full-cycle Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Preparing accurate monthly & quarterly financial statements
• Conducting bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow
• Creating and posting journal entries, including fixed assets
• Assisting with audits and tax preparation
• Collaborating with upper management on cash flow projections
• Working in QuickBooks and Excel for various reports
• Communicating with external accountants for month-end close

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience
• Experience working with external CPA
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (including bank feeds)
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with Excel and financial data compilation
