We are looking for a talented and experienced Bookkeeper/Data Entry Specialist to join our team and grow with us. In this role, you will be required to enter and maintain all financial recording using QuickBooks Software Online. Previous construction or manufacturing knowledge is a plus! The ideal candidate will need to be detail- oriented, highly organized and have a strong understanding of QuickBooks Accounting Software. Candidate will be a team player and continuously strive to improve departmental and over-all company performance and goals.
Responsibilities
Process all accounts payable, accounts receivable, receipts etc., daily
Review and balance all bank and credit card statements monthly for accuracy
Master of creating excel spreadsheets or google sheets
Invoice all jobs and track all payments for sales weekly
Prepare all basic financial reports and records
Answer phones and greet all front door guests professionally
File and prepare any 1099's for EOY
File Sales Tax Reports as needed Quarterly or Annually
Work and coordinate directly with owners on any pertinent financial matters
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Data Entry/Bookkeeper is a MUST! No Experience need not apply!
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word, 10-key and basic accounting.
Multi-tasking is essential and strong mathematical and analytical skills are needed.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Dependability and self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
