Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant to Managing Partners
Description:
We are an ever-growing boutique Injury law firm located in Scottsdale Arizona. We are currently seeking to add an experienced in office Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant to assist our Managing Partners with day-to-day tasks and projects. Must have extensive bookkeeping experience as well as Quickbooks experience.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping and record keeping for Managing Partners;
· Implement new software as it evolves and as needed;
· Assisting the Managing Partners with day-to-day responsibilities, tasks, and projects;
· Assist with client account reconciliations as needed;
· Coordinate and facilitate office meetings as needed;
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and decorum.
Requirements:
· Robust knowledge and experience bookkeeping and Quickbooks;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other Case Management Systems;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently;
· Ability to be a self-starter;
Must be able to handle and maintain confidential/sensitive information with discretion.
