    Bookkeeper

    Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

    Pay Rate: $28-30/hr based on experience

    Location: Fountain Valley, CA 92708

    A local CPA firm in Fountain Valley is looking for a trustworthy bookkeeper to handle their internal financials! This is a great opportunity to work with a family owned company! This candidate must be experienced with QuickBooks and the following:

    Responsibilities:

    • Invoicing and collections
    • Internal payroll and some banking
    • Inputting timesheets, scanning
    • Human Resources
    • Company QuickBooks and financials

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable.
    • Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes.
    • Experience with journal entries and maintaining a general ledger.
    • Knowledge of budgeting techniques and financial forecasting.
    • Strong QuickBooks experience required.
    • Ability to process payroll accurately while adhering to regulations.
    • Expertise in double entry bookkeeping principles.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire

    Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 36 per week
