Job Summary
We need an experienced Bookkeeper to handle all financial record-keeping for our business. You’ll manage day-to-day transactions, maintain ledgers, prepare tax documents, and ensure compliance—all with a high level of accuracy. The right candidate is independent, detail-focused, and comfortable working without an accounting team.
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
Reconcile Bank Statements and credit card transactions
Preparing and issues checks
Maintain general ledger accounts
Prepare financial statements and work with external CPA firm for tax return
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
Previous5+ years experience as an bookkeeper
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
