Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the daily accounting operations of multiple external clients. This is a full-time, in-office position suited for a professional who demonstrates strong analytical ability, discretion, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Record daily deposits and prepare journal entries
Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances
Maintain depreciation and fixed asset schedules
Prepare financial reports and schedules for leadership and external audits
Assist with year-end closing procedures and special accounting projects as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong understanding of reconciliation and general ledger processes
Experience with QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Online preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and professional demeanor
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay: $30–$32 per hour, commensurate with experience
