Martin Business Management is a growing CPA and Business Management firm dedicated to providing high-quality financial services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses. We specialize in Tax, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Tax prep, and client support across a wide range of industries.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Account Manager to join our team and manage multiple client accounts with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Manage daily and monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Categorize and code transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online
- Track and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Maintain up-to-date client records and general ledgers
- Assist in 1099 preparation, sales tax filings, and payroll entries as needed
Account Management & Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Communicate regularly with clients to collect documents, clarify questions, and provide updates
- Schedule and participate in periodic client check-ins and financial reviews
- Provide a high level of client service, ensuring timely responses and proactive follow-ups
- Document all client preferences, deadlines, and special requests in workflow systems
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping experience (preferably in a firm or multi-client environment)
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience in client relations roles is a plus
