    Job Summary: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and administrative support.

    Responsibilities:

    Record day-to-day financial transactions in QuickBooks

    Reconcile bank and credit card statements

    Process accounts payable

    Maintain general ledger

    Prepare monthly financial reports

    Assist with payroll processing

    Support tax preparation and year-end closing

    Maintain and organize financial records and documentation

    Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

    Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality

    Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

    Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles

    Nice to Have:

    Experience with managing the books for multiple entities

    Familiarity with payroll systems
