Post Payables

Pay approved payables

Account Reconciliations

Process Worker's Compensation

Process Simple IRA accounts

Technician Timecards & Job Details

Input Customer Invoices

Figure and Process Payroll

Programs Skills Required:

Quickbooks

Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Excel

Navaigate new programs as necessary

Personal Skills Required:

Detail Oriented

Ability to Multitask
