About the Role: We’re seeking a versatile and dependable Bookkeeper / Office Administrator who enjoys keeping both numbers and operations organized. This dual role combines financial record keeping with general office administration to help keep our team running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations
Prepare basic financial summaries for management
Track expenses, invoices, and vendor payments
Maintain organized digital and paper records
Answer and route incoming calls, assist customers and vendors
Schedule appointments, service calls, or deliveries as needed
Handle basic office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and supporting the management team
Qualifications:
Previous experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration
Experience with QuickBooks
Strong computer literacy and comfort learning new systems (CRM or scheduling tools)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a small office environment with a collaborative team
