    Job Summary Crescent Bend develops and manages luxury apartment communities with high-end design and upscale amenities in the Knoxville area. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced full charge bookkeeper with administrative skills to oversee daily office operations. To excel in this role, you must be self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to tackle new challenges.

    Responsibilities

    · Handle accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, expense tracking, budgeting, financial reporting and bank reconciliation with multi-entity organizations

    · Experience with journal entries and month-end closing procedures

    · Manage payroll processing and human resources functions such as employee records

    · Coordinate vendor management activities, including procurement and service agreements

    · Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, filing, and handling multi-line phone systems

    Qualifications

    · Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-entity bookkeeping experience

    · Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, MS Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)

    · Proven experience in office management or administrative roles

    · Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently

    · Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

    · Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Finance is preferred)
