    Your Role:

    As our Expert Bookkeeper, you’ll be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You’ll work closely with our operations and leadership teams to provide the insights and data needed to make informed business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Full-charge bookkeeping using QuickBooks

    Manage accounts payable and receivable

    Reconcile bank and credit card statements

    Handle payroll and related tax filings

    Assist in inventory accounting and cost tracking (preferred)

    Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements

    Coordinate with CPA during tax season and audits

    Maintain organized financial records and documentation

    Requirements:

    5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience

    Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks

    Solid understanding of GAAP principles

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Experience in a manufacturing environment or working knowledge of job costing and inventory accounting is strongly preferred

    Bonus Points For:

    Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management tools

    QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification

    Experience working with multiple entities or locations
