_ Position Overview_
We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role offers flexibility, with work primarily conducted during business hours, Monday through Friday, without the expectation to work every day.
_ Key Responsibilities:_
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reporting: Generate monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports.
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
Tax Preparation: Prepare necessary documentation for tax filings.
Collaboration: Work closely with management to ensure financial accuracy and provide insights.
_ Required Qualifications:_
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
