    Bookkeeper Requirements:

    • BS preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - 5+ years preferred.
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
    • Ability to maintain a high client load.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Prior experience with remote work is a plus.

    Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
    • Prepare and process payroll in a timely manner.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
    • Generate financial reports for management review.
    • Maintain organized financial records for auditing purposes.
    • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.
