We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Bookkeeper & Personal Assistant. This unique hybrid role combines core bookkeeping duties with administrative and personal support to ensure smooth day-to-day management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations
Maintain and reconcile investment accounts (e.g., stocks, bonds)
Track expenses, prepare basic financial reports, and assist with month-end close
Organize receipts, records, and documentation for tax and audit preparation
Provide general administrative and personal support (e.g., scheduling, errands, vendor coordination)
Liaise with external professionals such as accountants, attorneys, and vendors
Assist in organizing and managing personal and household-related tasks
Qualifications:
Basic bookkeeping experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with accounting software preferred
Highly detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a flexible, fast-paced environment
