    We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Bookkeeper & Personal Assistant. This unique hybrid role combines core bookkeeping duties with administrative and personal support to ensure smooth day-to-day management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations

    • Maintain and reconcile investment accounts (e.g., stocks, bonds)

    • Track expenses, prepare basic financial reports, and assist with month-end close

    • Organize receipts, records, and documentation for tax and audit preparation

    • Provide general administrative and personal support (e.g., scheduling, errands, vendor coordination)

    • Liaise with external professionals such as accountants, attorneys, and vendors

    • Assist in organizing and managing personal and household-related tasks

    Qualifications:

    • Basic bookkeeping experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with accounting software preferred

    • Highly detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    • Strong communication and multitasking skills

    • Comfortable working in a flexible, fast-paced environment
