Bookkeeper – Rocky Mountain Mechanical (Emmett, Idaho)

Rocky Mountain Mechanical is looking for a reliable and organized Bookkeeper to help keep our growing company running smoothly. We are a locally owned plumbing and HVAC company based in Emmett, Idaho, and we take pride in serving our community while building a strong, supportive team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and helping a business stay financially on track. We are looking for someone dependable who pays attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work.

Responsibilities

Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records

Accounts payable and accounts receivable

Invoicing and payment tracking

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Assist with payroll and job costing

Maintain organized financial reports and records

Work with management to keep finances accurate and up to date

Qualifications

Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
