Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and trustworthy Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online

Process accounts payable and receivable

Input vendor bills and credits in a timely manner

Track client billing, invoices, and payments

Assist with year-end financial preparation and audits

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations

Calculating monthly, and quarterly, sales tax reports and processing payments to the State and Federal agencies.

Collaborate with our internal team and external accountant as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role

Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in a marketing, promotions, or creative agency environment

Familiarity with project-based billing and time tracking systems

Experience with multi-state sales tax and Avalara
