As a Bookkeeper, you play a critical role in managing the financial health of an organization by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank statements to ensure the accuracy of all accounts. You will work in an office environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities: • Direct the management of everyday financial tasks and uphold record accuracy • Maintain accurate records by systematically reconciling bank statements and accounts • Generate financial reports and deliver them to stakeholders for insightful decisions • Evaluate current procedures and introduce impactful bookkeeping improvements • Must be experienced in QuickBooks Qualifications: • Meticulous and organized in managing tasks • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping • Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting • Strongly favor candidates with Bookkeeper or analogous certification • Completion of a bachelor's program in Finance or Accounting • Experience using accounting systems like QuickBooks is preferred Compensation: $50,000- $70,000 yearly
